Great information.Thank you. We recently downsized from 2300 sq ft to 1600 sq ft. It's just the two of us & the larger home had two rooms we never used. We thought we' d have many out of state visitors. We had four in 11 years. Im utilizing the third bedroom in the smaller home, as a guest bedroom/foldable exercise bike / screen divider where I hide storage paper goods, detergent, soaps etc.The other bedroom is used as a den & office. It really is plenty of space because the time spent for each activity is minimal.
