❤📚❤️ Great unhaul. Don't feel bad giving away books that were gifted. The joy for the giver was the gifting. Now, it is okay to do what brings you joy, and if it's re-gifting by giving it away, that is fine.

i haven’t read throne of glass yet but i have heard it gets better as books go on due to the first one being written when she was very young (i think 16)

Totally agree, I didn't use to buy that many books before I got into Booktube and then moving and having only a small library without a great selection. As a result my physical tbr is overflowing 🙈 But I also like to give them away to charity shops or little libraries. Would be interested to see what you do with them! 🫶

With gifts I think get rid of it’s not making you happy they gave it to you and once it’s handed over they no longer have control over the gift anymore
