So we had Dear Canada in the land up north growing up and they were my fave reads, now my little sister is getting into reading and is enjoying them and it's all feeling like a full circle moment 😊
Lol I fully support buying chain of gold just for the cover. I did that with the broken binding special edition of legends and lattes. Haven't read it but the naked book must be displayed on my shelf 😂
I loved the Dear America books as a kid. In fact I still do. Even the Royal Diaries. The Titanic was my favorite Dear America one and Anastasia was my favorite Royal Diaries. I want to collect them all eventually myself.
Not getting your notifications even the bell is on rude🙄 love your aesthetic 😍✨Definitely going to check out cruel illusions love me a vampire book and the edition was stunning!!!!
Fairyloot had sent out an email a while back that the publisher had accidentally printed the dust jacked for Kingdom of the Feared with purple and had a form you can fill out to have a reprinted dust jacket with the correct black color.
I have the trilogy of scary stories to tell in the dark is the treasury, and it’s got the illustrations by Stephen Gammell, which are better than the newer editions
Hi! I think you'd like Wonderland by Jennifer Hillier. It's an excellent thriller set in an amusement park in the Pacific Northwest. The atmosphere is 10/10 and I loved it!
Have you heard anything about, "The Island" by Natasha Preston, yet? Another amusement park thriller/horror you might like and would be curious to see what you think.
I loved Fangirl, but I hated how fixated on fanfiction she was. Like I get it, as a fellow fanfiction writer and (as of 2021) diagnosed ADHDer, I get like hyperfixations. But, I don't think I've hyperfixated so much that I just forget to do homework or stuff. But asides from that, I enjoyed it. But yeah, Rowell is usually a hit or miss for me. I wasn't huge into the Harry Potter-esque story in Fangirl, and I didn't really like Eleanor and Park. But I have been really enjoying her She Hulk run. So yeah, Rowell either is pretty good or pretty meh. Fangirl I think is more closer to good even with my own issues.
