I’m glad you’re feeling better. I do like to watch how you Diamond paint. It’s so neat and getting to listen while I paint along is just a bonus. I did notice the focus last week but didn’t mind because I enjoyed everything as a whole.
Yes the video was perfect for me. I’m disabled so I have a lot of time to work on them. And yes just what I feel like to work on. I also enjoy Coloring. I have just as many as diamond painting.
@@DPandDP I’m working on Fishing Retreat by Dominic Davison. My daughter and my son in law gave me for Christmas. This was their first Christmas and I wasn’t expecting them to spend that money on such a great gift. I just enjoy our time together as a family. The focus was perfect and truly enjoyed it all.
I miss going to conventions!! I hope you and your children have a wonderful time. Also I was kitting up my diamond painting while listening/watching. As always great time spending time with you
I totally agree about having to sort of choose/prioritize your hobbies. I've been doing a lot of puzzles and diamond painting, in part because I can also watch TV or movies (with my husband) at the same time. I have been TERRIBLE about reading and playing video games in the last year or so. It's hard to choose.
So looking forward to future WIP n book chats! I’m now going to go look up Brian Sanderson (sp?). And, of course, love your mani choices. I’ve started using nail wrap stickers themselves because the art is so cute and they’re relatively inexpensive but still working on improving application 😂.

I mainly just listen the wip&chat videos while I diamond paint. Happened to me many times, that I think I have finished all the same symbols in section, then I realised there's more of them. Could be one or two or a whole bunch! I have thought about reading Sarah J. Maas' books, not sure when I will be able to do that. Anyway, I will probably start with the acotar series. I think there are couple of books in that series, that haven't been translated to Finnish yet, and I am too lazy to read books in English. I can do it, but it is much slower.
I like time travel stories too. If you haven’t read the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon it’s excellent. The TV adaptation (as much I’ve seen) is really good. I liked the movie About Time a lot. I used to be an avid reader… now not so much. I need to get back to it!
I did read the first Outlander book and liked it a lot! I haven't had a chance to watch the show though. I've heard lots of people like the adaptation. About Time was good! A very interesting take on time travel and I loved his relationship with his dad. Definitely try audiobooks if you haven't! It's so much easier to find time to read when you can listen at the same time as you're doing other things. :)
Loved your WIP and chat ❤. I hate winter but where I’m from in Canada we like two years agoish started to get less snow. Normally we get a lot of snow this year it’s been mild and we had a green Christmas. We have snow but there are a few spots that show grass areas. How do you diamond paint so straight 🤔. I’m getting so frustrated that I can’t multi-place more then 4 drills at a time. Even that I still have to fix 🤦🏻♀️. This happens with square and round. Maybe you can do a video of how to place straight 😁.
Thanks so much! I’m glad you have had a mild winter if you’re not a fan of them. I find it much easier to get my drills straight when I’m working on a square drill canvas - they kind of end up straightening themselves out once I get enough on there! Rounds I definitely have to adjust more as I go, haha. Could be part of the reason I tend to prefer squares. XD
I have tried those too! I am not great at putting them on, so they didn't last long for me, haha. I'm sure I could get better with practice, but I'm loving the ease and durability of these Kiss Impress ones.
You know diamond painting with friends where just for fun ppl diamond paint the same canvas… that same concept of dp and reading with friends. Instead of dp the same canvas we all read the same book … then we Wip and discuss lol
