Fall is the BEST season for reading. Its something about the crisp air, oversized sweaters and pumpkin lattes that make me want to read all day so im definitely picking up a few of These recommendations ❤
Haley’s book recommendations are so well thought out. It’s clear that she has really put in a lot of effort to share her own wisdom and knowledge to us. In other words, she’s brilliant at what she does.

Haley, you literally don't understand how much your videos mean to me. As a younger reader, it is so hard to find someone who gives reviews on books with content warnings and such. Thank you so much! Love you!
Omg the crave series is my favorite and it got me out of a reading slump! There’s romance, love triangle, friendships, adventures, drama. It’s amazing and each book gets better as you get through the series. I would love to hear what you think of the series!!
I can’t even begin to explain how much I love your book recommendations and reading vlogs. You’ve become my favourite booktuber of alll literal time. Your uploads make me so happy. I love how bubbly you are, but also how real and open you can be like in your ‘in my 20s’ series. Keep doing what ur doing ily ❤
I can’t wait for reading this fall, it’s going to be so fun and I hope I get to reading some of the books you recommended!! They are all so perfect for the times!! You have such a good vision of pairing books to seasons 💕!!
she read and loved agggtm (its my fav series as well after six of crows) but haley NEEDS to read the mara dyer series because i absolutely adore the first book (rest of the series drops off a bit ngl). currently about to start the noah shaw chronicles and im a bit nervoussss
@@rodsitamara It's SO good! Pip and Ravi are the loves of my life they're just perfect haha. I just finished the Mara Dyer trilogy and I've ordered the first book in Noahs series and I am very excited I've seen so many good things about it
I read twilight this summer and it quickly became my FAVORITE series ever. I am obsessed. Wayyyy better than the movie versions, you will love it even more than you did when you were younger
fall reading will forever be my favorite type of reading, but I’m not sure if you’ve read it but little women does really give me fall vibes and it’s literally my favorite book ever 💕
Oh my god That is what I needed. Hayley’ video. You know what Hayley, your videos just makes me happy. You also give me a lot of book recommendations. You are truly the best. Today I showed my sister that your channel is my favourite alongside Steph’s channel. Always stay healthy and always love books. I love you ❤
I’m so glad you recommended Finlay Donovan. I absolutely loved that book. It was so fast paced and hilarious. Definitely a fun mystery for times when you don’t want something serious but still love mysteries. Also, I just put the inheritance games on hold at the library based on your recommendation. Sounds right up my alley!
i would recommend to finish the infernal devices series. it’s really cosy, it’s basically always raining, the fireplaces are lit and they talk about reading books 🍂✨🕯 it’s my favourite autumn read next to the original mortal instruments trilogy
no your absolutely right!! fantasy reads in fall are just where it’s at, i love to read a good romance to bring me back in, a good sad book is always good too. but i think sad/slow paced books are more of a winter read. loved this video!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼
Oh I am SO excited about reading this fall and winter! And Haley you were already my favorite RU-vidr but I feel like we have just reached a new level now that you're a reader too! I feel like I'm just best friends with you and I wish we could meet up to read, bible study, cook, and just have fun talking!
I totally recommend An Enchantment Of Ravens. It’s so cozy, definitely fall. It’s a pretty short read, but the characters are so fun and the story is just a really cute adventure. I really loved it!
Yesssssss! I can’t wait to see your review on truly devious it’s one of my all time favorite books with the inheritance games!!! Please do a reading blog for truly devious! I also think you should also do one for the inheritance games due to the last book in the trilogy that just came out!
one to watch is one of the best romances i've ever read, highly recommend! and I recently read a curse so dark and lonely, which was so amazing. i was so surprised to enjoy it, but it was definitely also very autumnal
I actually can't wait for you to read the crave series. It's one on my favourite series and I'm alredy on the fourth book. You should really start to read those books, they're amazing!
Truly devious is so great for fall, I usually recommend it to the same kind of people that enjoyed the inheritance game since it is really fast paced with a quirky cat of characters, I hope you'll enjoy it
It’s definitely fall where I live! Been in the 60’s to 70’s and I love it! Love this video cause I had no clue what books to read but right now I’m reading the inheritance games
u got me into reading. i didnt have the motivation to read bc i thought books were monotonous but reading is so interesting and theres so many choices of genres/books. thank you! :)
My favorite fall read is Dracula! Yes, it's an old book, but truly a classic. Listening to it as an audiobook with different narrators for the different points of view is a must!
I bought so many books this year then didn't read for a like months. I'm on the cusp of buying fall/winter books but I promised myself to wait till mid October so I can atleast get through some of them. Just finished House in the cerulean sea although it is not at all a fall themed book (literally set on an island) but the cozy vibe it gave me made me think it was. I just loved how I felt as it was pouring and I was reading it with a warm cup of coffee.
Haley girly I am not gonna lie to you I think we have very different tastes in books, like some of your faves have not been so enjoyable for me, and vice versa… however I love your vids and your whole vibe lately so I still watch all your vids! So glad you inspire your viewers to read more and I think you’re great 🫶🏼
You have the best book recommendations! I just finished the Inheritance Games series and absolutely LOVED it! Thank you for getting me back into reading 🥰
I started this series a week ago and I’m already 2 out of 4 books in, but An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir is absolutely incredible- book 1 was a five star for me and book 2 is already looking a five star. I was honestly surprised because I wasn’t thinking I would like it but started it on a whim anyways and OMG it’s been amazing. Highly highly recommend!! One of my favorite fantasy, enemies-to-lovers ever!
My most favorite book right now is ‘Defend the Dawn’ by Brigid Kemmerer. Its kind of a slow burn love story, but mostly sailing the sea on adventures. Haven’t finished it yet, but its really amazing so far!! Thanks for talking about the Inheritance games, I’ll consider grabbing it at the half-off bookstore!
Loved your recommendations!! I'm currently reading The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling and it's also the perfect book for the fall-specially during spooky time!! It has witchy, spooky, magical , chilly fall vibes 🫶
I think if you've liked those fun mystery murder books that reveal small parts throughout you would love Agatha Christie's Sad Cypress. It's one of my favorites like that and has super strong fall vibes. It's alsp a super quick read.
if you've read or heard of anne of green gables, the author L.M. Montgomery wrote a book called The Blue Castle and its a little depressing at first, but then it becomes so beautiful and gives me so much serotonin! She is so good at describing the world and the characters! It is my favorite book of all time, and I don't say that a lot!!
Haley, you need to read Truly Devious. That series (the original trilogy + adding standalone) is one of my all-time favorites. It is similar to a Good Girl's Guide to Murder but still amazing on its own. The main pairing isn't my favorite but the dynamic of the "Sherlock and the Watson" of the book - chef's kiss. It also has puzzles and riddles. And it all takes place in a high academy on a hill or mountain (don't exactly remember), so it basically gives Dark Academia vibes. Plus the Academy is a school for students who are passionate about a certain subject, our main character Stevie loves True Crime. Her friend is into Crafts and another one of the Friends writes Books or He has written one book(You will get the inside joke once you have read the book) Please you have to read it I hope the preceding "essay" convinced you. Love your vids
Not really an autumn read but if u are looking for an easy to read series I'd really recommend a series of unfortunate events. I read it years ago but recently reread it as an adult and it still stands up. Plus the Netflix show it amazing! xx
