I have an issue with integrating the AWS Storage S3 within my Bookstack. Uploading files are working, but viewing the images/files uploaded is not. I am mainly using the recommended configuration in my AWS Bucket, But I have changed the permission to be public (unchecked all settings that blocks public access). Do you guys have an example AWS Bucket setup for beginners like me to follow? Like what needs to be checked/selected when setting up AWS Storage. BTW this software is really cool! I am learning a lot of things, Thanks for this really appreciate it!
I'm afraid I don't have AWS-specific instructions to hand, I don't use S3 myself outside of testing. Have you set a "STORAGE_URL" option in your BookStack config? If so, this may be interfering with the generated image URLs. Otherwise, are you able to find publicly accessible URLs in AWS itself for the uploaded image files? If so, How do the BookStack URLs differ? Another thing to note: If you're also using AWS for attachments, be careful not to expose those as public.
