Whoever came up with the idea that Optimus could power himself up, by combining with his trailer, is an absolute legend. It's thanks to this bright spark that we have super modes. Just imagine how much the Unicron Trilogy would suck, without all of the epic OP super modes.

I think Optimus should be a Triple-Changer. After all, with so much power granted by the Matrix of Leadership at his fingertips, you can't be contained in one alternate mode right?
I still think that Prime should be a proper combiner. He brings people together with his leadership, why not be a true gestalt. And I don't mean Energon Prime, $%^^ that one.

I with the idea of Optimus having a “Super Mode”. Like the original Powermasters. Give him a base cab and combine with the trailer super mode. Then give him an upgrade that lets him fly like the original Apex Armor
To balance this out give Megatron Triple Changing but have him stronger then Optimus unless powered up. Optimus has to use skill to win fights. Optimus is a tactician and Megatron is a gladiator
This type of Powermaster style of optimus has always been a partsformer. Mostly because its considered a power up by adding the trailer. So usually people dont complain because you still get a basic optimus who doesnt partsform.
🙀Of all of them, that was the overall best transformation form and Robot mode to me. With that form, he would not have needed an army. A simple challenge in the form of a backhand to Megatron's face, followed by 2 Energon enriched Atom/Hydrogen bombs and Cybertron would have been safe, we would all have our own Transformer partner, and T-Rump, would never have been elected. Paradise. 😹
I grew up in the 80's, when I first saw a transformers commercial, I was blown away, I'm 49, and I still find it amazing. I always wanted jetfire because he looked like a veritech fighter from Robotech. Now my nephew loves transformers. The tradition continues
This Prime kind of reminds me of the 2001 RID Prime that could be enlarged with his accessories. Like dsimsr1 said, his vehicle mode looks Cybertroniun. I think this is an awesome Prime. Awesome video too!
I grow in six-year-old iphone the first transformers in a world and it broken . I fix it into why optimus prime i like that optimus prime because i did the biggest to biggest of the sun ever i would optimus prime
Fun video. Loved the presentation. Not a fan of this type of Optimus. Feels like the model has more guns than the average Warhammer 40K tank. Didn't feel right. Did enjoy the size and style comparison with the different other transformers. That cell shaded 'cartoon style' Optimus looked cool :)
Transformers have gotten too deatailed and complicated. I always like transforming my toys constantley but when thier are so manny little details it ads too much work to the transformation. I wish alot of these somewhat unnecisary transformation details wer just sculpted or textured details.
