I owe everything to Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince. This song was the first rap song I ever heard and it’s what began my still ongoing journey through hip hop culture and rap music. I’ll be turning 40 later this year and you better believe this song will be among the many timeless classics played on that very night.
@@riverjunior3965 he was actually suffered from stuttering, he practiced really hard to not stutter during singing, he didn't try not to stutter for that song on purpose. not quite same as this one though.
Man with all the divisiveness going on this seems eons ago when we all enjoyed this party hip hop black white and everybody else. Don’t let em tear us apart!
I just walked into my kitchen and heard this playing on the radio. I've never heard it before and I had to stop, listen to the end of the song and try to find it on RU-vid because I liked it so much. I'm 15.
Just one of those people that is good at everything. Well done Will Smith. The stutter verse give me goose bumbs.. Love it. I first watched this when I was 12. Im now 37. Why do I look older than Will Smith does now?
I can't believe I found this song because of my late customers and a cellphone advertisement that kept playing all the late comers into the scene. My co-worker and myself were just laughing about it today 😂😂😂
this album was the one that these dudes put out that i never picked up. i think i was a teen that thought he was too cool for this sound and preferred nwa, 2live crew etc etc. i still love all the albums before this one especially their second one.
