My low density foam mod vs tape mod. The tape was too much for me. I picked the foam because to my ears the subbass was enhanced to a nice degree without losing any measurable dbs to the other frequencies. My mod is just using a tiny piece and stuffing it in the vent hole. Well it was tough for a 60 year old to do it 2 times!! Maybe try it if the tape is too much subbass for your ears!!
does the mod work o the new ea1000 fermat? i wonder why they dont make it sound like this in the first place, they keep releasing sets with the same bright rolled off bass tunning leaving users wanting more.
Just a tuning filter easy to find on AliExpress Y1-Y5 as you go higher the more restricted the flow. I am posting a updated version one I get some metal ones in. Also faster and cheaper to go buy 3M Micropore tape 2 layers and done.
