I don't know why, but the music used in the September 2017 CN highlights for the CEE territories (which is largely identical across all territories except for Poland, where _Mighty Magiswords_ is featured) sounds similar to that music that plays during the final part of setup in Windows XP (the part where you set up the user accounts, updates, and a few other things).
For whenever you're recording EMEA/Asia-Pacific Turner-owned kids' TV channels (with the exception of CN Philippines, CN Korea, and CN Japan), you should make a 25FPS version of your outro, and render the videos in 25FPS as well. Use the 30FPS outro on continuities of the U.S., Canadian, and Latin American Turner-owned (or licensed in Canada) kids' TV channels, as well as CN Philippines, CN Korea, and CN Japan; continuities of such feeds should also be rendered in 30FPS.
If I've learned anything of dealing with frame rates and audio syncs, 30 and 25 don't work well together. Also it degrades the quality as it needs to be digitally compressed and adds or removes extra frames that are not always perfect. EIther way RU-vid compresses videos :p
