Fun Fact: I think the reason why the Fall Protection doesn't work with dashes is so that you can jump to lilypads and other things.

I agree. I would have been so annoyed if I couldn't clip out of bounds to cheat in golden boomerang. ;)

I think you just click on the modifiers tab and scroll down to wall protection. Let me know if it works.
