Lavell said he asked Boosie for a picture, and Boosie agreed, saying he would take the pic after using the bathroom. Lavell waited, but when Boosie finished, he was on the phone complaining that Lavell was harassing him for a picture. Boosie should have been straightforward and just told Lavell "not today" he’s definitely a lame for this.
