Depends on how much mg is in one tablet - you need to get in 600mg a day so if each pill is 200mg, take 3 throughout the day

How about talking vitamin b6? I never hear anyone talk sbout that. B6 helps with ovulation and prevents miscarriage.

Boost egg quality? I've been told that this is not possible... Also, freezing eggs as opposed to freezing embryos has a low possibility of producing a child... Please tell me if I'm wrong
