I just had the store representative do the activation for me, I got my first iPhone and got a new phone number as well, I’ve been using the service since last November

Can you re-activate a SIM that was previously activated but has since expired "Line Terminated"? Over a year ago, I bought a phone/sim from Boost Mobile ($250 + $40/mo plan), but after 2 months I cancelled as I hated the phone. Now I'd like to sign up again, except with a different Boost Mobile phone that I bought on ebay. I put the old sim into the new phone, but my Boost account still shows "Line Terminated". Can I re-activate, signing up the new phone (+old sim) to the $15/mo plan?
