And the point he tried to cover was how can someone assume your testosterone is low, without seeing your blood work. fir tho doctors chutiye hain ."har koi tho CHATI PE TULSI RAGADKE thik hojata" Medical science tho chaiye he nai.

Lol! That's true. I used to think my T levels were low. Then I started lifting actually heavy and started eating more protein, more 'clean food' in general. And I started seeing results.

I am 26 took anabol at the age of 24, then after completing cycle for a month I lost all gains after leaving bodybuilding for 2 years,, joined gym again but I have gained fat now and muscle memory is not working

One suggestion bro...Everyone is using 20:9 phones or somewhat similar. You should put camera a bit away from you while shooting. Or else your head gets cut off from the video frame. Big fan of what you share👍👍
