not sure you have mentioned saturated fat knowingly or unknowingly. good quality saturated fat from organic GHEE, grass feed red meat, eggs etc. improves your cholesterol as well as testosterones level. you body needs cholesterol. if you have inflammation then automatically cholesterol will increase to guard your arteries. we need to avoid foods which accelerates/promotes inflammation in your body like high sugar diet, vegetables oils, trans fat etc. if you take more sodium you need to take more potassium, you need to balance these two minerals. lessen your carbohydrates, i mean take as per body demands, moderate protein and fats and balanced vitamins and minerals, if possible choose organic foods and enough sound sleep like 6-8 hours, daily sun exposure if possible and manage your stress/anxiety these all will help. penis health is barometer of heart health.
