Lol. Back in the 90s. I saw a lady driving down the street with a lock boot on her car. She pulled in at a service station wanting the guys to remove it. They refused so she drove away. The car was front wheel drive and it was on a rear tire so she just dragged it right on. I worked across the street and saw the event unfolding. I believe it was the university cops that put it on just around the corner at the university. She probably didn't have a parking permit on her vehicle and was parked where she wasn't supposed to park. I figured that because that's the direction she came from. It was funny. She was causing attention big time aa that tire was squealing and screeching along the road. You'd think at first sound. Someone had slammed on their breaks and there was about to be a crash. Lol.
Your not going to believe this , but one time when i was in BKLYN a few years ago , i watched a guy in a mini van dragging his rear tire down the street . It was booted and the noise was so loud , it was someone killing a cat and waiting for it to die , so crazy of a sound . Unreal , funny stuff . Thanks for watching Mike .
