In this episode of mblyden vlogs I visit the Bordeaux farmers market in St. Thomas. I am please to showcase the Bordeaux famers market, which takes place the 2nd and last Sunday of each month! In this video I engage local the vendors and talk about the produce and merchandise they sell. If you live or visit St. Thomas and are on island any of the days when the farmers market is open, you're invited to come on down and pay a visit to the farmers market!

Beautiful ❤️ I really enjoyed this video. Couldn't make out the area? A couple faces looked familiar from old Market Square. Thanks again for sharing this wonderful place.

I had real guava berry wine one time, on STT of course. It was in a large jug with plenty of nuts and all the rest they put in it. It was damn good. I am sad I will never be able to drink it again as I had to give up drinking...

Was that first Mango a Julie mango ? And where is the market located on the island? Couldn't recognize the area. Thanks 🤗

The first mango is actually called a Hatian Mango! Its on the western end of the island about 5 miles past John Brewer's Bay on route 30

Do it over with the prices

The prices are not all the same. Farmers choose the price of their produce.

@@mblydenvlogs I have seen many small sustainable farmer videos throughout the Caribbean region and its amazing to see the amount of bananas, plantains , sweat potatoes, cabbage, pumpkins, yams and other vegetables that they produce in very difficult situations. Everytime you see videos from Bordeaux its just lemon grass, bushbtea and very litte produce if any at. These guys have claimed to be farming in Bordeaux for years with pitiful results. Please prove me wrong. 🙂 Thanks

@@bandit4true That would be all the farms. Lemon grass and other herbs are essential to good health.
