Friendly advice to anybody driving thru ANY of Border Patrol Checkpoints from the Pacific Coast (San Diego, CA area) to Boca Chica Hwy east of Brownsville, TX:
- while approaching the checkpoint, roll down ALL windows of your vehicle except when in bad weather,
- prepare in advance any piece of ID you usually carry on you, VALID PASSPORT for non-U.S. citizens,
- do not be confrontational with Border Patrol Agents, they are out there simply to protect everybody from illegal immigrants/drugs/guns,
- show them RESPECT and they will be glad to let you go thru as quickly as possible... assuming no illegal stuff in your vehicle.

Howdy Delores, my video is from summer of 2016 when even under Obama as POTUS way fewer illegals crossing Rio Grande into Texas, obviously you're talking about 2021 and up to nowadays (Biden Regime) when at least 10M illegals have been allowed to enter America mostly over Rio Grande into Texas plus thru other means as well! Let's all hope and prey that on Jan 20, 2025 the 45th POTUS becomes the 47th POTUS and he'll be allowed to deport lots of those illegals that have entered America in the past 3+ years! Chris RoadWarrior I don’t think so, I’ve stayed in Argentina for weeks and it’s pretty safe, they put them close to the border, they check for car documents and cargo of Argentine cars and for the tourists they mostly ask for bribes hahaha

So now you know why Texas (as well as NM, AZ & CA) border areas with Mexico badly need such Border Patrol checkpoints. Btw, 30M+ illegals in the States and most of them are from Mexico and C America (Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador/MS-13), any illegals in Argentina as well? If none, how so?

I think they do more good than bad as well, I may have come off as a hater but I meant that it looked just like the one I went through aesthetically haha and about illegals I wouldn’t be able to say as I’m not from there but I’m gonna do some research! Who are the ones against such inland checkpoints: those who, for different reasons, want illegal migrants in the country and/or illegal drugs into the country and/or illegal guns into the country as well but they will never admit their real real reasons for the opposition instead always using the "do not surrender your rights" leftist anarchist talking points. It's a one way in and one way out, as you get to the beach if you take a left the beach runs down about 2 miles and you hit the Rio grande as it empties in to the gulf, it's small enough to where you can throw a football across and play catch with someone from Mexico, the Mexican side looks nicer than ours actually

Have these "sovereign citizens" ever heard of the US Supreme Court case United States v. Martinez-Fuerte? The verdict ruled down by the Supreme Court on that case was that border checkpoints were legal and that they did not violate the Fourth Amendment. And this was in 1976. Sovereign citizens need to read up on Supreme Court cases sometimes.

@@dennishoule2570: You are argument about giving up rights is bogus! The forth amendment protects us against 'unreasonable' search and seizures. The SCOTUS held 7-2 in Martinez-Fuerte (1976) that asking if a person was legally in the USA was a reasonable question.

You are totally correct. Martinez-Fuerte case allows this federal agency to stop motorists and ask questions.......I'm just wondering where does it say in the Martinez-Fuerte ruling that the motorist 5th Amendment right disappears......I can't find it.
