Thank you Bruce, now i know what to look out for! There are quite a few pits here and there and your knowledge of the subject helped a lot to bring this to my attention.
Bruce this and the previous inbox review are simply fantastic. Thank you. Just a shame it seems you aren't doing either of these types of vids any more? But given the effort it must take, I fully understand. Anyway, thanks again. Nick.
Glad you liked it Nick. It’s not that I don’t do those videos anymore… I just haven’t blocked out the time to research and film. Hopefully more to come.
Hi Bruce. Great build done so far and pretty informative review. Looking forward for the next update. Thanks for sharing, take care and keep up the good work.
Thanks! Glad you found it useful. The kit is done with initial paint, but I’m not motivated to do the weathering at the moment, so it’s in the parking lot for now. I’ll definitely post a reveal vid if I get back to it. 😀
Very interesting video Bruce,I have developed a great interest for german ww2 armour, espicially the IV series panzers. I am currently building the Tamiya Pzkw IV Ausf F and its a very nice kit 👍Thank you for sharing.
I liked it very much, but you must pay a lot of attention to instructions because of parts showing wrong numbers or others that suddenly appear glued on the model without ever calling it out (i.e. C30). But overall I had fun building it
Yeah, looking forward to the Mobelwagen! Their Pz IVs are OK. Better than Tamiya and Zvezda for sure, but some of the smaller details are not the most accurate.
Thanks for this, I'm just starting to build this kit and your notes were very helpful. I plan to get Friulmodel metal tracks for it, but I noticed that the F2 version could have had a solid horn track, instead of the hollow horn provided in the kit. Friul offers both versions, and they say that the hollow horn was in use 1940/41, and the solid horn after that. Would you know which of those track types would be more suitable/accurate for the F2 version, or would either do fine? Thanks and great channel!
So i just received this model and there correction sheet included for most of mistakes of swapping parts, etc Unfortunate about the recuperator not fitting into mantlet.
Wish border would fix their issues they have with Every kit they release! I've got both of their pz4s and I'm irritated they didn't add clear parts, other than that they seem decent.
