for me personally Clive Champney was the voice of Border tv, He was not only a news reader , but also his voice was used for commercials on the station with pictures of the product. My claim to fame was going to Border tv to actually impersonate his voice. I can honestly say i got it of to a T simon Entwistle top hat tours .co.uk
