You're right, it sucks that this is what raiding has come to. It's no fun anymore, the only number that isn't completely out of control is our limited ammo capacity. I don't get what the hell they were thinking with this level cap increase, it's ill-conceived, sloppily executed and serves no sensible purpose. Good job though.
Its like Gearbox is pissed off, that people who take the time to farm all the best, build appropriate gear in game, can kill their raid bosses easily. They ruined Hyperius, and especially Voracidous. Hyperius is sorta manageable, but Voracidous is so bogus. If I manage to stay alive, I run out of ammo. It irritates me that after all the years playing this game, I can’t beat this guy in a straight fight.
@@Deeplycloseted435 Heavy necro, but nah - I don't think this was something they thought through at all, esp. not with malice aforethought. I'm a guessing a new-ish design team with too much clout made some disastrous decisions and were never challenged by those who knew better (except the community of course.) Pure conjecture, but they may have been testing some scaling concepts for BL3 - and look how that turned out...
wow all the drunken hive shots werent enough to kill vora, damn!! I was beginning to play with the idea that i might be able to do it with gaige but nope, i don't think so. Nice kill though :)
All I have to say is that the pre sequel could have been the best game if 2k Australia did not shutdown. The Endgame was actually balanced pretty well. And the other dlcs could have been amazing and gave more stuff to do endgame
I agree the pre sequel is definitely underrated. It does get some undeserved hate. I'm currently playing the end game with Wilhelm lev 70. Farming weapons to get legendaries from the grinder. I'm one of the few who actually likes the holodome and the invincible sentinel is an enjoyable fight. I just prefer the characters and the setting of the pre sequel and the low gravity and cryo weapons. The Claptastic voyage dlc shows what could've been. Another couple of dlcs of that quality and it would've been the best in the series imo.
How to give Gearbox the bird when dealing with "impossible" soloing raid bosses. 1.) Switch mode to TVHM when max level. 2.) Equip Bee and kill raid boss in seconds for easy achievements. 3.) Achieve Happiness.
@@EvadeDragon Let me highlight the part that I was emphasizing already because you're clearly a moron. *"...kill raid boss in seconds for easy achievements."* Obviously you don't get Seraph Crystals. You do it to 100% the game in achievements.
I think this game is amazing and Gaige is my all time favorite to play but the more I watch these videos the more I realize how much I suck at this game 😆.......😪
@@GiantFly I appreciate the vote of confidence do u have any suggestions on what to do that could help. And anyway I could send u a pic of my builds to get a few ideas on how to make it better thanks in advance
Finally!!! I saw "Vora" in the title and I was indeed expecting a 30 video for a sec before I saw video length xD I didn't try drunken hive on him actually, I wasn't expecting it to work xD well at least we got one way to kill him as Gaige :D :D :D Good job, both on the kill and descriptions pal :)
Thanks, bruh! You know, I've tried other options before. And this time I spent 3 hours on ONE freaking kill. The problem is that you need everything perfect : slag, double (or triple) drunk effect, Vorac's position, chief's position. Because if his health-bar doesn't drop below half, you won't have enough ammo to finish him off. And it's so sad :(
@@GiantFly I don't get why they doubled... actually he got more than double his previous hp... it's like 150% more or something like that, they basically made Vora nearly impossible to kill in a legit way, all that's left is drunken hive, pimpahab sal or long kills with beehawking which is sad :(
yep. joltz a noob. dude couldnt kill vora in his ultimate gaige setup despite using all the min max stuff and similar gear. in all seriousness though, OP10 and lv 80 were so dumb plus how it broke the game in every way with new bugs gearbox didnt even bother giving the game one extra month of support care to at least give an extra fix patch for the mess they created.
@@GiantFly if you shot an elemental gun, then swap to other element before the bullet reaches its target the first shot becomes the element of the second gun
@@nicholaspaat7302 the issue isn't the gear nor player skill. It's Deathtrap and Gaige's skills. She only have a couple of good skills with a trash action skill. She has 3 terrible capstones. Gaige can mob well, as all vault hunter should. But her raid bossing capability are lacking, especially after the last update. She needs a better companion and a good amount of buffs on her skills.
I knew someone would ask about it. Well, when you change SoT to any other, you don't lose 200 stacks instantly. This happens after the first reload or after the first kill :)
Awesome fight man. This fight would have been a lot easier if you used the infection status. Trust me bruh. Im currently farming vorac using the flakker ahab health gate + infection status + double shot strategy with maya and it's just so op. He is not that hard to farm anymore
Yep.......I see that they are putting Golden Key Codes up for grabs for Borderlands 3 already. Does this mean that their promotional hype was doctored and us'n players will not get good weapons without a huge grind like in BL2........kinda looking like that. Anyways good video, Vora wishes Gaige would go on vacation.......or to lunch, she is bad news. Grin!! Kit
Because in this attempt everything turned out perfectly. But in most cases you will get into the FFYL and Chief will still be alive. So you will need to get a second wind with the Amigo sincero.
@@HebdhSggs If I remember correctly, it's not even a quest but a main story mission in Sir Hammerlock's dlc (Professor Nakayama, I Presume?). Body-Tediore, Baterry-Hyperion, Cap.-Maliwan, Material-Delay.
