My Torgue Moze is my most powerful character so far. The Laser-SPLODER carries so hard. Combined with Matched Set, relics and class mods that increase mag size, and Forge, she can just shoot it forever and never run out of ammo. One of my Laser-SPLODERs had next two mags rad damage. So it lasted forever.

With my Moze, I ran with a grenade launcher and Nuke combo. I know, not the most powerful build, but I wasn't tackling any high Mayhem stuff. So it's fiiiine.

Dude, imagine if they expanded upon arms race and added more rogue lite elements like perks and risk reward for the more maps you clear the higher tier loot you can get. There’s so much potential for an awesome mode for BL4

Hammer Down Protocol is a solid choice for Torgue playthrough, but it doesn't do any self-damage. Shaped Charge or Exploding. Bullets. can do self-damage (ending Iron Bear if you're too close), which is what we all know Mr. Torgue would really want.

By the way, I like combining Hammerdown Protocol with the seeker missiles, one in each "hand". The seeker missiles = great against flying enemies, but if you shoot at something that suddenly gets close to you: Danger Too Close. The nukes = Big Boom, and _no_ self-damage. You can shoot them at your own feet and take no damage from them.
