I totaly agree with your opinion dude ! IT Was my first Borderlands game and it was and is that fcking awsome. But dont get me wrong i like all Parts of borderlands as well. My Favourite is Borderlands 2 on the second place is Borderlands 1 (because i like the graphics and the Level System of the Guns) and on the third The Pre-Sequel (this one i have toll today Not comepletly done). GermanRage™ imo bl1 was boring bland, and just used the same color schemes over and over again,the only thing u liked better in bl1 is the loot system and legendary drop rates and don't worry I've played bl1 first and have 61 characters for all four and farmed separately for each of the legendaries I also have a rose shield for my siren

Gotta admit, his personality sucked in a lot of fans into the series, not saying it wasn't already popular, I played the hell out of all three, just gotta get all the dlc achievements for the Pre-Sequel and I got 100% achievements for all my Borderlands games.

TheBladez190 I like the atmosphere of Borderlands 2 more. That, and the weapons, the skills, the character design, the soundtrack, the graphics, the writing, the easter eggs, the characters themselves, the bosses, the mass of the game, and-wait for it- the DLC. Superior in every way. I don't hate Borderlands 1, it's just that I fucking love the way Borderlands 2 turned out. The Pre-Sequel had a lot of promise, but Gearbox gave the project to idiots who had only made sports games beforehand and had no idea what they were doing to the franchise.

@@TheBladez190 while their is some great things about borderlands 1, it is just that skills are less special guns don't have as much diversity the graphics are a bit different from the other games usually darker and with less color. but the loot rooms in general knoxx and in robo revolution are awesome

SidTheSloth I just loved the atmosphere of a desert wasteland. Yes, borderlands 2 also had some but for some reason that really stuck with me. Plus in my opinion, some of the jokes were funnier than the second one.

SidTheSloth The game play I definitely preferred better in bl2, but I like the looting better in bl1 for some reason.

+c0d Player The original definitely had better loot more often and more varied loot. The story was also fantastic but no one bothered to read all the NPC dialogue. I love 2's full voice acting and story, but 1 was the best of the series by far.
