I bought a car from these people. The day I collected the handbrake pad retaining springs broke. They couldn't fix it so I drove away in a car with no handbrake. They sent me the parts and I paid a local guy to fit them. He told me the brakes were in a terrible state but in fairness LaRose sent me new pads and discs all round. I did the rears but there was a delay fitting the fronts. When I finally came to fit the fronts I realised they were the wrong ones. I told them but they refuse to change them. So if you want a Porsche with dodgy brakes and like abysmal customer service these guys are the place to go
Smoking ticking had-it bore scoped . Those crooks told me it was probably a lifter. Had it scoped not so lucky. But almost spent more dough on this crappy build they sent me , took a year to build 11 months to score and they didn’t honer warranty . Nein lives are scumbags
@@LaRosePorscheKent Phew! I got worried there, as I got a 2006 2.7 hoping to avoid scary stuff like bore score and IMS (although I'm told the 2.7 still has IMS issues)?
there are many 911's / Caymans/Boxters that have this or will have this issue. Dealers and private sellers are turning a blind eye and hoping they can pass this issue on to unsuspecting new owners in the future. Since many of these cars aren't driven alot of miles each year, this is a train wreck waiting to happen in the future.
