To be honest ben would be fun to deal with at work. He would be the highlight of the day. It would make for great stories to tell ya mates out of work hahahaha
@@AungPhyo-ll2osThe real PlayTech sadly became online-only, no physical store, leaving these guys no place to film. Getting the studio to build TechTown turned out to be superb timing!
I really love how Rowan overreacted in the beginning like he's some big famous crown prince and his father is some big crown king, it's absolutely hilarious!
Honestly, Adams reaction to trying out as manager makes a lot of sense when you remember that last time he became "manager", the power completely consumed him before he was killed.
I love how Brit is even more of a sycophant to upper management than Smithers is to Mr. Burns... yet she seems to be immune to falling under the spell of Rowan, the black-shirt manager!! :p
I now see that Rowan’s father is shorter than he is, dad was a dwarf, mom was giant, not sure if this was on purpose, but it’s such a good attention to detail moment. Also, the parallel of the grandfathers hammer arc.
Seeing the progress made by VLDL over all these skits is amazing, keep up the work! It's great to see everyone's acting skills just getting better and better, and newer actors getting more screen time! Amazing scripting as well, I think we'd all love to see things keep going! ♥♥♥
Now we know where Rowan gets his diabolical nature from his dad put him off on purpose because he wanted him back at the store with him😂 I loved this episode. How the other employees matched Adam Allen and Ellie perfectly😂
With regards to how playtech building have changed over time, we should make a compilation for the very first episodes made from the first building to the latest one.
I know, it's gone so quickly. I'm watching this compilation because 302-311 is out and I needed to catch up. So we're at 20 now! I don't watch them when they come out as single episodes. I like to wait for the compilation and then watch it like an episode of a show.
I think it's absolutely hilarious that out of everyone, Rowan was the best and most stable manager. And he does what he does not because he's cruel, but because he has to.
The byron skit is the first time i actually laughed out loud and ive seen about 40 of your skits so far. They are all great but that one in perticular is gold and tickles my funny bone.
I just realized that the last episode, with the bomb. The pranksters from the other store, one of them used to be at the store before he got fired, with the first episode.
The most simple turn of the head with a sound effect had me laughing Alan brother 10/10 acting man love how I can see the sheer confusion on your face 27:05
I love how Britt gives the middle finger to the fake Allen, Adam and Ellie on their way out. I really hope they bring those 3 back with a revenge plot one day.
The strange thing is, at the start of the series the managers were red shirts, so either both companies swapped their uniforms, a retcon happened, or Rowan decided to switch the shirts to be different from his dad's company, only to switch them back.
I still love the way the first episode, when they were walking to TechTown, it was before Alan’s transplant, and then it was after when they got to TechTown, made it seem like it really did take ages 😂
@@peterplumb9725 yeah I’m not exactly sure the reason, but he had a hair transplant before they made the first episode of the new bored series at TechTown instead of PlayTech. He’s talked about it before on his twitch but I don’t remember if he said the exact reason as to why he did it
If anyone has figured this out before please let me know, but any idea how much Ellie made after tricking Rowan into the massive raise? My best guess has it at around half a million
I know it's all laughs but Rowan being made aware it was a series in an early episode genuinely makes me curious as to whether he's just hamming it up and being the worst as a way to escape
Anyone else feel like this season is more a show than sketches? There's a character arch and an incredible amount development for little Ro-Ro. I really like this format in any case. Fact: Did you know more than 50% of your bones are in your hands and feet?
Brilliant, gorgeous cover. I've had this on repeat for a few weeks, and it's been an absolute pleasure. The voice is so full of expression and soul, fantastic. Drummer, right in the pocket, with a palpable pull on the reins with the band, allowing great push-pull dynamics. Bassist, beautiful build up in intensity, just very sensitive and nuanced throughout. Keys player, absolutely holding the ethereal space between the chords and the Melody, completely locked in with the rhythm section. Rhythm guitarist, the foundation and glue of the entire song, leaning in with highly specific, dynamic chord structures. And the lead guitarist...so very expressive and tasteful, and fuuuuck I haven't heard a wah like this...ever. Just splendid :)
I have to say, Byron has always been my favourate, along with Hamish. They make Viva from great to absolutely top notch. their appearances always guarantee a good laugh from me :-D
