BOREK RECIPE IN 5 MINUTES WITH BİM LAVAŞI [Breakfast Recipes]

MATERIALS:
4 lavash breads
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of milk
100 g feta cheese
100 g cheddar cheese
2 long sausages
7-8 slices of sausage
dill, parsley
1 tablespoon of butter
Tea cup size - 125 ml
FABRICATION
Grease the pan in which you will make the pastry. Add eggs and milk to a deep bowl and whisk, then add grated cheddar and other cheese, finely chopped greens, soudjouk, sausage and 2 cubed lavash, respectively, and mix well. Put one of the 2 pieces of lavash you separated at the bottom of the pan, pour the mortar you prepared on it and spread it with a spatula. Add the other lavash and cook it on low heat by closing the lid of the pan and turning it upside down. You can serve the cooked pastry hot. Bon Appetit.
