Great Recipe! Thank you. I look at a lot of cooking videos on youtube, and across the board I think you are one of the best. Many recipes one finds look good ( if you do not understand that cuisine), but are not so great in practice. So far all of yours have been great. I also registered for updates with you, and the ecookbooks you sent me are excellent. Again, a very big thank you, and well done. You are a really great all round cook/chef.
