I think part 4 is just the right length, as I watched it all in one sitting without getting bored. Opinions will vary, though.

If you're talking about Boris saying, "Hey-a-hey-a-hey-a-hey-a-hi-uh", it comes from a bunch of ha's combined without spaces: "Hahahahahahahahahaha!" (I tested it on TTS Demo with the Paul voice and got this result.)
