@@davidharvey5672 "I don't think they'd be able to shut the door." - Of course we can. Just apply a sufficient amount of pressure. A trash compactor could be used to GREAT effect!... ;-)
British Working class men only got the vote in 1918 after the huge sacrifices in WWI, working class women in 1928 or we'd still be living in the slums and the workhouse. The Tories want to take us back to those times.
@@blancmull3886 I find it easy to sympathies with terrorists if not their methods. The usually represented persecuted people such as the Palestinians, Irish Catholics and black South Africans. I think that I have formed the impression that Brexiters like yourself are as evil as those responsible for Apartheid South Africa.
The problem with this was , concentrating on hurty words by Boris . But what about the bullying in momentum? What about the vile behavior by many of his supporters here ? I don't think Corbyn himself is a bad person but he certainly attracted many bad apples
I hope to God middle England can see through this incompetent, cowardly traitor who has demonstrated so many times his unfitness for office. Vote Labour, please, for God's sake vote Labour (or tactically) 🌹
I still can't comprehend the fact that poor working class communities have voted for the party that has abandoned them for decades. They've just voted for another five years (at least) of more austerity!! ☹️
@seano8484NPC2222 I agree that Corbyn has been far from perfect, however the manifesto that was put forward in the last election was full of policies that would have directly benefited working class people. I don't understand why you think the party was looking down on working class people?? One thing is certain is that the Tories will continue to make life harder for working class families.
@seano8484NPC2222 I can see why Corbyn and Jones can be perceived as this London centric ultra PC brigade, however I think people needed to have looked beyond that and looked at the policy proposals that were being offered by the two main parties. I honestly believe that Labours policies (Love Corbyn or loath him) would have transformed the lives of millions of working class people. I do accept that for too many Brexit was more important, however I do think there will be a huge 'light bulb' moment for many people in the years to come, when they finally realise that Brexit was a scam and it's not benefitted them in anyway. By then of course it will be too late as are public services will be well and truly asset stripped by then!
@seano8484NPC2222 I think Labour will be out for 10 years now. Having said that Johnson has got to deliver BIG TIME now for working people, and I do question whether he will be able do it given that he is an establishment puppet - like you say time will tell!!
@seano8484NPC2222 I agree we need proportional representation, this will never happen though as the Tories know it will not benefit them. I disagree that Corbyn is an establishment figure, if you look at his voting record he has consistently voted for decades for policies that benefit working people and the poorest, needless to say Johnsons history is slightly different!!
I challenge anyone to look on the internet and find anything racist that Jeremy Corbyn has said because I can guarantee you won't find it, because I sure as hell can't!
@@djunior874 I was being flippant and spontaneous. Clearly not a very good tact. You are also concentrating on just one aspect of the debate as well. What Jeremy Corbyn did was, he spoke in a meeting in which he said all people involved in the Middle East issue should come together and be able to have a discussion. The meeting was about the Middle East crisis which took place in parliament, there were also people there from Hezbollah, and said he welcomed "our friends from Hezbollah" to have a discussion and debate, and also said he wanted Hamas to be part of that debate. He also met Hamas in Lebanon and also met Hezbollah in this country. Unfortunately, people are not prepared to discuss the whole issue of the Middle East and not prepared to discuss the wider question. The wider question being that Hamas and Hezbollah are part of a peace process. Even the former head of mossad says that there has to be talks involving Hamas. Jeremy Corbyn has also had discussions with people from the right in Israeli politics who have the same view, that the state of Israel should extend from the river to the sea as it is claimed people from the Palestinian side do. What Jeremy Corbyn was saying, the people he was talking to, was using the term 'friends' in a collective way saying, "our friends we're prepared to talk." Does it mean he agrees with Hamas and what they do? No. And does that also mean he agrees with Hezbollah and what they do? Again, of course not, no. What it does mean is that to bring about a peace process you have to talk to people with whom you may profoundly disagree with. There is not going to be any peace process unless there are talks involving Israel, Hezbollah and Hamas. He was using the term in a collective way. Unfortunately some people trivialise the whole issue of the Middle East and trivialise the whole discussion about how you bring about a long-term peace process. Unfortunately, most in the mainstream media appear happy to evade asking people like Jeremy Corbyn to give an opportunity to discuss the wider issue of the Middle East. All they appear interested in is what the tabloid papers say. Incidentally, what did Boris Johnson mean in his book Seventy Two Virgins when he said, "Maybe there was some kind of fiddling of the figures by the oligarchs who ran the TV stations (and who were mainly, as some lost no time in pointing out, of Jewish origin), but it seemed that Russia, one of the most populous countries in the world, was voting heavily for America."? And while telling the story of a fictional terror attack on Westminster Mr Johnson also deploys descriptions in the same book of Kosovan Muslims as having 'hook noses" and describes a mixed-race character as "half-caste". What did he mean by this? And let's not forget that the term half-caste is derived from the term caste, which comes from the Latin castus, meaning pure, and the derivative Portuguese and Spanish casta, meaning race. In other words you're more inferior because you are, according to the racist mind, half pure. The pure side being white as in Boris Johnson's case. Somehow suggesting that being part black, or to be more precise, being mixed race is somehow inferior. How do you defend that?
I wish someone would post a video showing real genuine evidence of all these claims. People would be much better informed seeing or hearing theses claims first hand. Its no good just posting peoples comments and opinions on the issues but not the evidence of the crimes?
I had so much hope for boris, he had such a perfect chance of improving our country and trying to bring it together, he chose to ignore this chance. He could have changed his views, fixed who he was.... but no.
WTF!! You think selling off our public services and selling the NHS off by stealth is going to fix our country?! And Theresa May and David Cameron may not have been as bad in some respects as Boris Johnson though were at times just as divisive, blaming the other instead of bringing the country together. For the past decade the Tories have never once responded to the public's interest, instead they have only been interested in responding to the money interests, providing more and more support for big corporations and the City of London. And also very little interest in investing in our future. Their policy has always been about short-termism.

@@mitchverr9330 You really think the Tories will ever fix this country? Even if Boris Johnson were to reform his ways it just would not happen. What they provide us with is socialism for the rich while everyone else is treated to harsh capitalism. In the conservative mind, socialism means getting something for doing nothing. And under socialism for the rich, you can screw up big time and still reap big rewards. And whatever happened to the idea of a meritocracy -- an economic system that allows everyone to get ahead through hard work, and economic gains only to those who deserve them? They have never provided this for us have they? To the conservative mind, the spectre of socialism conjures up a society in which no one is held accountable, and no one has to work for what they receive. Yet, that's exactly the society the Conservative party have been promoting for the rich. Meanwhile, most of us are subject to an increasingly hard and arbitrary capitalism. Instead what we asked for are stronger safety nets and a bigger piece of the economic pie. And the Tories are not providing this for us and never will.
