Wisconsin summer classic. Everyone has their favorite preparation -- these are Born to Egg Style. No beer bath and indirect all the way. Top with your favorite peppers, onions and condiments.
Here's how:
350-375 degrees - indirect
Turn every 10 minutes
30+ minutes to finish -- watch for those juices to start flying
Try not to pierce the skin.

They look great but from the stated 30 min point where you comment the skin and say 3 more minutes, did you then flip then at 33? The 35 min mark they are oriented differently than when you show them at 30. Just want to make sure to flip them at every interval - thanks.
