Just a little tip with the alerted territories: it usually changes the placement of guards, increasing the number of them as well as the number of enforcers. As for the Collateral Kill - Firearms, it doesn't have to be a gun that penetrates the target and hits another. It can be a shotgun that hits both the target and another non-target
