well the funny thing is that arc is cannon thank to manga metion the field trip to land of water and Kagura name so yeah it cannon.

Literally all of the Boruto anime is canon. The anime expands upon the manga’s story. That is why relevant things happen in the anime only arcs. Ignore that stupid filler list site.

Relax Suzy he came back later, that's for sure, Boruto has a lot of characters who came back later!! shouts to Boruto and Mitsuki fight! they make a perfect duo!! they are not gennin yet and fights this well!! Best combination ever

In the Caribbean we would say "current gone"or "black out" . In a more professional setting we would say power outage too

This is factually wrong. Naruto was still in the academy as well at this age. He didn’t do anything, but fail his gradation exam.
