Boruto in his base form avoided Isshiki's rods, and this should have made him high Otsutsuki level. Only Baryon Mode had this speed. Kawaki has the full dojutsu of Isshiki and therefore the full speed of his rods.

I agree with most of it but a couple of things. Boruto time skip in his base is stronger than any version of sasuke and this can be easily proven. Explaination: Sasuke at his peak with the help of Naruto wasnt able to beat jigen, and Code is stronger than Jigen meaning he can also easily beat Naruto and Sasuke. Boruto was able to destroy code in his base. Therefore, Boruto can beat any version of Sasuke in his base pretty easily.

I think that we are still underrating BORUTO . IT HAS BEEN 8 CH OF MANGA AND BORUTO IS FIGHTING FOR 4 DAYS CONTINUOUS FROM CODE TO KAWAKI AND CLONES . IN BASE . HE NEEDS TO BE SCALE MORE

in chapter 4 Boruto was able to dodge hidari first attack and when hidari decided to attack him with his chidori he cancelled it with a normal rasengan. Putting him on relative to hidari if not slightly weaker. and sarada with her sharigan is also relative to hidari since she dodge his attack at point blank range. both are both stronger than pretimeskip sasuke .

With all these feats of Shiden it is clear that Kakashi can Slice through Hashirama easily because of his constant scaling to significantly faster and stronger characters Hashirama's speed is nowhere near kakashi's and Hashirama's regen ability can't cure this lethal injury..... I think some of your scaling is pro-Shippuden biased. For example, you made Timeskip Boruto weaker than he is. Dude, Boruto casually dodged Kawaki’s Dojutsu when EMS/Rinnegan Sasuke could not keep up with Jigen’s Isshiki’s, let alone Jigen’s. Boruto also faced Sage Mode Mitsuki, after Mitsuki was fully aware about Boruto beating Code.

Code without karma. so he would at least be relative to code with karma. plus Boruto only used uzihiko because it was ylthe fastest way to get the job done. but you also forget that eida literally stated that the shinjus were stronger than code and we saw base boruto fight the shinjus and while he did struggle in the 3vs 1he was holding his own and shown to be relative or slightly above two shinjus bug and hidari. so that alone puts hime above white karma seal in base. also eida wiuld know how strong karma seal code his since he almost killed her if not for her brither daemon. do putting base boruto this low in the scaling isn't very fair or accurate.
