Good Day, please advise --- the top part on the lancer ( there are two parts ) with the black plastic fins. The top part with black plastic cooling fins have got water pissing out where it has joined the second part of the water cooling fins and difficult to unscrew to check why this is happening - please advise ? I have never had a Karcher power washer, so I can't give you a comparison. I do have a lot of Bosch equipment and it is always very reliable and does what it says on the tin! I have had this washer for five years and used it many times for long periods. I think it is good value for money!
I didn’t research Karcher After finding out their guarantee was only valid when using Karcher liquid products. Bosch allows any recognised quality products. sorry I can’t be of more assistance. Robert
Brilliant. Which model Karcher Patio cleaner model did you use/recommend AND what is the Bosch adaptor part number please - I phoned Bosch and advised they didn't make or have one to recommend. I've got to read the manual and then find all the attachment that came with it - I'm sure my wife put them "somewhere safe!" The hose extension - (apologies for the wording) is yours longer than 6 metres and what is the Bosch part number please?
I have an Aquatak 1200 plus. I am trying to remove the green cover. Taken out 2 large bolts and 4 smaller screws. Green cover is still held at the top. What do I do next?
I Have problem with the spray gun and the one original supply from the attachment was wear out after used only eight month, and get a replacement part and also wear out now. the fault was lost pressure because the water leak out from the spray gun..

harihasful Thank you for your comments! I have just had a look at the Bosch Power Washer range and the new models appear to have suction tubes for chemicals. Bosch still sell the model I have which is a good sign. I think anything you buy from Bosch will be good! I hope you are happy with whatever you end up buying. :)
If it is cracked, the machine is probably not worth trying to repair. These pumps are often left full of water in freezing temperatures and if the water freezes it can easily crack the pump casing. If you live in an area where the temperatures can drop below zero in the winter, you must make sure that to empty your pressure washer before putting it away. The pumps can just fail over time as they are operating under very high pressures for prolonged periods. :-)
The adjustable one Linda. Do not use it on a high setting, it could lift paint off in weak areas, so set it to a fan and do not hold the lance right against the paintwork.
It is fine for most things. I have a large patio area, much larger than shown in the video and it works for me. I think the extension hose is a necessity for any work on larger areas. Without it you are constantly moving the washer and hoses around.
I am sorry Chris, I don't understand. If you mean the chemical dispenser, which is the small white bottle with a nozzle, this has a small tube that fits inside the bottle. The washer only has two hose connections, the water in, which is the yellow one from the tap and the water out, to the lance. The washer does not have a dedicated chemical suction hose. I hope this answers your question.
