Bosch E28 error code diagnosis and repair

The E28 code relates to a problem with the turbidity sensor (the thing that detects how dirty or clean the water is). First thing to do is check the drain and outlet hose for any kinks or blockages. Beyond that, take the front panels off and to test the sensor itself. With a multimeter you should have a resistance reading somewhere between 48K to 52K ohms.

I didn't see anything fixed. What if the reading is higher or lower than 50K?

I would like to see a video for a Bosch Dishwasher Error code 27. There is only 1 other forum and it states low voltage, not an applicance problem. I have tried the DW on different power points, still the same error? Any help you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Mira, as you have found different power points will not work. I would suggest taking note of what time and day of the week you get this error and then try to avoid running the dishwasher around those times. As the error relates to low voltage being supplied from the power grid there is little else you may be able to do about it.

Hi Mohammed, I have not come across an e29 on a Bosch dishwasher so I honestly don't know what the cause or fix is. I would recommend giving your local distributor a call for more info on the e29. Good luck!
