always check the specifications first, read the manual and safety instructions. Don't use counterfeit products for your Bosch accessories/tools

@@reYIDad I use original Bosch products. The charger broke with the original, working Bosch battery.

@@reYIDad I changed both broken electrolytic capacitors and again disaster! Later I took it off and measured the voltage and what I expected happened, instead of DC the voltmeter shows 420V AC???

Does your charger make a lot of noise? Mine is very loud, as if a fan was blowing air out, but I could not feel any air flow...

Most possible scenario is the actual voltage, if it's a 220v-240v charger & U use a 110v-120v Input current then it'll make such a noise cause it's not meant to be use with, it has to match.
