Hmm, you have a visible blade deflection there on pressing sideways, lots of hinges & swivels to overcome. Though I would have thought the difference between the blade width & TCT kerf cut. You appear to have made a single sided kerfing jig to account for the TCT teeth
You screw the screw into the block until it is flush with the left side of the saw blade and make a few test cuts where you fine-tune with the screwdriver until it is completely accurate
