Here's a tip if u miss a locking mechanism. I double wrapped a black rubber band around the handle, i move it up onto the trigger if i want to lock it.
only just got it, so i haven't used it too much. i will say it gets hot fast, and has done the job. i'm going to try wrapping my car soon which will put it to the test.
I got the heat gun recently, much stronger than the average battery heat gun, had dewalts before this and that thing was so weak it could barely do heat shrinks
