Get some plastic bonding epoxy, it’s not gonna be nice but that plastic is probably not easily glued. The sprayer is really just a shell that holds components, get the right sized fittings and pipe rated for the pressure the pump produces and you can make your own with no plastic valves etc
hairline cracks like this can be repaired py carefully prising apart the crack and injecting some superglue. Bosch has a good reputation, but now seems they are living on it. Time to get back the good quality Mr Bosch !!!!

Is it possible to buy somewhere this special transparent gasket that is mounted on the front of this white piston visible in the middle of the screen 1:02 I have it damaged, and I can't find such a gasket anywhere?
I've got the same issue. Replaced all the o rings, except the white transparent one at the plunge / T juntcture. Well, now i have to get the trigget gun. Lousy product from bosch
Sir can you suggest me how I can get the o ring white nylon piston in front (transparent), water flow cannot stopping when I released the trigger as the o ring white nylon is disintegrated. I already bought new one and changed with the o ring (black color) but it doesn’t work because of not same with the original one. Please help me Sir. From Malaysia.
If it is only O-ring then will be easy to get. Try Google Map for o-ring seal shop near you. There are many shops around KL selling oring seal. Check if you are not having the same issue as showed in this video.
TBH, you might have to buy new trigger gun. i tried myself change the o ring, bought it from shopee seller, but somehow, water still leaking out from the gun.
