Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2024 vs Bose Ultra 

Having to have a separate app for every Bose product is pure garbage. App support lets this company down badly.

I bought the QC Earbud II for ₹ 10k ($120). the noise cancelling is the best for an earbud and didn't face any connection issue etc.

I don’t think i would object to being gifted the bose qc 2s but idk given my experience with the first gen qcs and how particular i have realized i am, Bose would have to change a lot of stuff for me to simply consider buying a product from them myself again. But still appreciate your detailed and balanced reviews that are fair and concise with detailing the pros and cons

Switching Volume in the way of the Bose Comfort 2024 IS a dealbreaker for me. For that, I love my Ultras.

I just got my Ultras 2 days ago. A big difference from air pods. All I ever used was apple products. But Bose Ultras have been sweet to use for running and the gym. Noise cancellation really does cancel the sound that I don’t want to hear.

I had to return my ultras because the call quality was so bad where there was any kind of noise. Everybody I spoke to complained. Are the gen 2 any better?

I just purchased the new Quiet Comfort. I found that both of my ear holes are different sizes or shaped differently for sure…weird but I now use the small tip on my left and medium on my right. I found this out because my right side would slide off while my left side stayed put, so I changed only the right side and now they’re solid.

I had QC2 earbuds which I use purely for the gym and I absolutely love them for the NC as it absolutely drowns out the gym music however I have continually had connection issues and got to the point where I could take it no more! Watched fredo initial video on these and went it for it,everything he’s pointed out is spot on comfort,connectivity,sound,ANC absolute steal so far👏👏 On another note I reached out to Bose about my QC2 explained I’d tried everything with regard to fixing the issue all to no avail, this is where Bose in my experience provide an exceptional customer experience!!!! Returned my QC2 and I’m now awaiting a set of ultra earbuds that they upgraded me to free of charge! Non of this your out of warranty or any other excuse to try and get of it like most other manufacturers or send them back we will repair them, this type of service over the years has turned me in to a Bose fan boy I guess because it’s almost like the companies moto seems to be the customer is always right, well done Bose 👏👏 Subscribed to this channel, straight talking and not afraid to point out negatives on products…exactly why we’re all here! Hi, I own the earbuds quietconfort ultra earphones. I wanted to know if in the future the parent company will introduce with an update the new quiet confort features on the ultra model and if in the future they will share the same application. Thanks

Regarding the eartips blocking the sensor is totally user error. You have the eartips pushed in too far in the buds where it just kinda sits there and doesn't snap back into the proper place, so I would check up on that because I know exactly what you're taking about. I'm rocking the XL size eartips and doesn't even come close to blocking the sensor unless I accidentally pushed the tips too far when installing.

At the beginning, you announced to say a word about the annoying buzzing in the left ear peace, but you didn't. The only issue for me because of which I sent three pairs back. Did they fix the issue?

I'm after a set of buds that I can use at home and at work in a steel workshop environment where there is loud banging and grinding noises. Will the Quite gen 2 be any good at protecting my ears? I know there are dedicated jobsite earbuds like the Isotunes but reviews on them and other brands like them are not very good. Thanks.

Ok...I finally understand you a bit more...Sound quality details( judging if their mids are muddy, quality of timbre, etc) isn't your area of expertise. You are merely just looking for things that work on the streets and give you the common features of Anc, phone calls, and comfort. I guess my only issue with that is 90 % of earphone do the basics ...az80, earfun, aripods pros, Cambridge M100, etc, etc. I understand now the channel better though. Thanks for the explanation. ALso...I could have sworn you mention that you buds power cycled while you were wearing them.

Fredo, hit me with some facts. Who has more powerful bass, Jabra elite 10s, ipx8, qc Gen 2?

I just copped the new QC’s. I’ve always only had AirPods and AirPods Pro’s. I have mixed opinions… I listen to a lot of rap and music with big loud beats and the bass frequency on these is great, better than AirPods but on bass boost mode on certain songs like by Ken Carson my right earbud literally rattles and distorts the music like the trunk of a car with a subwoofer. Also I understand the comment about these not being super loud. My AirPod pros were much louder and clearer than these earbuds. When I first turned these on I was genuinely surprised about how muffled the sound quality was. I have started enjoying it more and I think it depends on the song being played but for Bose earbuds I expected the music to be clearer. Maybe they just need to continue warming up because I’ve only had them for a day but am already giving them heavy use. I really want to like these, they are comfortable and a nice product for a great price, maybe I just need to switch them back out at target because I got a tweaked pair or something

I still love the design of the buds of 1st gen unique compared to that 2nd gen i think.

A huge and low-end case, 7 out of 10 testers complain of having connection problems, no more swiping to manage volume🎚️ , a very very average phone call quality... , at some point, you have to say no 🚱 and stop the masacre, the charges, without any real questioning (not this semblance of reset), it's dead for Bose on the Bluetooth earbud market. Airpods Pro 2 are regularly found at $180, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are already at $150-$160, not to mention earbuds like Earfun Air Pro 4 and Soundcore Liberty 4 NC which currently cost $60-$80, and which if the Bose are rated 9,5/10 in ANC, are easily at 7.5-8/10 for 1/3 of the price of the Bose 🤷🏽‍♂️
