Really appreciated the review from a pro musician's perspective. It was exactly what I needed as I need to get a small amp as either a personal monitor or solo for a small venue with minimal outboard gear for acoustic violin, guitar & other. You music sounded great - good luck with your career!
My father is really interested in the Bose S1… Because he’s not very tech savvy, he’s enlisted me to help him choose a system like this. Basing that decision on a RU-vid demo is way easier with someone who is very talented and knowledgeable about the product. Thanks for the review!
Thank you sooooo much. I was aiming for a L1 compact vid. till I saw yours. Dang, Bose should give you a free stand for promoting their product with so much zest and passion woman. Great voice girl and nice playing.
It is also great on smaller gigs in areas where you get power outages..... You switch over to battery and barstaff just put out candles on the tables and the evening is saved. Perfect.
Loved your video! I use two L1 Model II systems playing out with my musician friends, but for solo gigs in smaller venues, I wanted something smaller and just recently picked up an S1 Pro. I love it so far and you've inspired me to use it more. I used it as a bluetooth speaker for my pool party / BBQ today and it sounded awesome and spread the sound around better than I expected for the size of the box. Truly another amazing achievement from Bose and I like the wireless capability for remote locations that you normally can't bring a PA. (beach, woods, etc.) You are super talented and loved hearing you perform bit. I have a Harmony 3 box that works great, but may have to get me a looper!
Great review, thanks! I get 7.5 hours average out of my s1 pro battery, and have got up to 240 ft of Bluetooth distance, which is phenomenal. I highly recommend this speaker.

I’ve had one for a couple of years now and its great! We’ve used it for all kinds of things, different instruments, main pa, monitor, background music, etc.
Heck yes! We have one in the US and use it for everything from a full PA without power to monitor on stage to guitar amp for practice. We have one in Sweden too & even push a keyboard through it. Heck I’ve even used it to get rough mixes from logic sessions when I don’t have access to my studio monitors 😅 It slaps in pretty much any situation. Epic that you’re using it too! We’d love to get down to Florida sometime for some shows too ☺️✌️ You’re a great artist & super cool of you to show off your gear too. 🎸

I’m looking for a C rig right now for boat gigs and super small patio gigs. Considering purchasing one especially after your recommendation. Much respect 🙏

Great video. I've had one for a couple of years and now started using it with Sennheiser wireless headset mics and a Line 6 G10 remote jack for guitar. Bose have just announced the updated S1 Pro + which adds these wireless facilities to the new unit. I'm just adding another S1 (basic) to my setup along with a Behringer 1002B mixer for a stereo setup (all battery).

Bose would pay your handsomely for your good work. Reach out to them. Do some clinics, and occasional workshop. It's an amazing product and you are an amazing musician. Could a good career move. Worked for me in the 70s.

When you started with the beat boxing and the spot on harmonies, my jaw just dropped. I like how you included the set-up time. Not many reviewers do this but it can actually be quite important to know, especially for the purpose of doing festivals.

I didn’t even know there were pedals for singing… or at least I didn’t know what they were capable of doing. Amazing. (Disclaimer… I play nothing and sing but I encourage the heck out of my 14 year old daughter who plays the guitar and likes to sing). 😂
Bose s1pro is very good . Handy and has great sound I play with my looper and this unit really make my job easier ( with clarity, low responds, and its really speaks to the whole room )

I’ve been thinking about adding another Bose s1pro, they are a little pricey but so lightweight and my back is tired from 30+ years of carrying heavy equipment!! These sounds great!!
I purchased this in June 2018, and it is December 2020. My Windows PC was unable to recognize my S1 Pro. So it couldn't do a required hardware update. A Support specialist at Bose was very helpful and gave me a 50% discount on the normal fee of $150 to ship it to Bose for repairs, as I also own a Bose 450 home speaker and a Bose soundbar. I should get it back in 2 weeks. Except for this, it is a superb PA speaker! The volume is kind of low so I play it via a Mackie mixer which boosts the volume significantly. But then, I find this to be a problem with a JBL Eon One as well.
