don’t compare jbl with bose s1 pro. bose is for true acoustic sound its call sound engineering. Sound means not only bass. mid high low sound response and amplification. bose is for professional use. burmister, bose, polk, srv, b&o its not for normal people.
Lolol, Bose is a comedy in the audiophile community. Not even close to being the top 10. Agreed might be better then partybox but Bose doesn't hold a candle to true hifi brands

They did commit the mortal sin of selling audio systems that had gaping holes in the frequency response, as their tiny cube speakers could not defy the laws of physics. This they compensated through tuning, using what they learned by studying psychoacoustics. Most of their other products do not have the same issues, though, and audio being subjective, many argue that indeed, they sound very good. Their bluetooth speakers do sound good (relative to the competition). Their stock car audio setups sound much better than most stock setups. In my case, after adding a sub, it sounds comparable, even better, than many aftermarket setups, albeit not competition grade. So do their headphones, with the added convenience of best-in-class noise cancelling. Perhaps not Audiophile-grade for many, but very good. Can be plugged into airplane seat sockets too. Their 901s used to have good reviews, even by Audio magazines. Say what you want about them, but they do sound unique. Make no mistake, however, they are capable of building really good systems. This is why they rank among the leaders in pro audio. Their portable little line array, the L1, sounds really good! It seems that they are a company that is a business first, passionate about audio second. If Bose starts building true high end systems, I bet many builders of audiophile equipment will be afraid.
I have the Encore, and I have to be honest when I say I think that while the Encore has stronger bass, that's really about it. The overall sound quality and the balanced sound signature of the Bose is far superior. It's just a much more elegant sound overall to my ears. Thanks for the comparison!

Thanks for the review, purchased both the speakers. Jbl for my sis and Bose for myself.. Bose purchased at 65k and jbl at 17k on offer.. Both r great buy. Jbl while traveling and nose only for home. 👍👍

Eu tenho uma, dependendo da música que estou ouvindo sempre mecho nos graves e agudos, mas essa Bose sem duvidas da um coro na encore e isso é óbvio né haha, mas pelo valor a encore é maravilhosa e entrega um grave muito característico jbl e macio
But the bose has more power than the encore I have the encore and the battery sucks on it and the bass is distorted even turning the bass boost off I mean I love the encore but I'm leaning towards the s1pro plus because I can adjust the sound how I would like it and I love the massive bass but there is distortion in the encore versus the bose being tight bass and the curving off of distortion
