The first pair I purchased the right ear bud was dead. Wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t connect, broken out of the box. Went to the store to return, and got another pair. Second pair had Bluetooth issues, crackling and static, would change volume on its own, audio in both buds weren’t synched up and one would lag behind the other by half a second. It would also change eq and ambience modes on its own. Had to return the second pair as well. Two back to back bad buds. They were updated, updated Bose software, and updated iPhone15. Two bad experiences back to back
First set left bud was bad had to return them. Second set i got is well nothing less than everything i ever wanted. I got 15 days i can return them but i am loving them best buds iv ever had for comfort. PRICE IS BULLSHIT. BUT GOD I LOVE THEM LOL
Dont buy these 1-2 second sound delay when you start a video or music Slow shortcut action, meaning it also takes 1-2 seconds to start/stop audio. Pairing between devices doesnt work. Pairing to the phone works, but then the app breaks and thinks it isnt connected so you cant edit the settings. The only great thing about it is the design, i did forget they were on my ears multiple times. The battery is good enough to last from the start of my shift till after it ends so no complaints there. Im still getting my refund though
Probably the fastest return I ever did in my life just couldn’t hear him. Volume is very low. I guess that’s why you could hear everything around you. Great for office but not outdoors. Had them for 2 hrs lol
