The absolute WORST feeling in the world is when you’ve done something that cannot be undone and truly being sorry about it and having learned your lesson but no amount of “i’m sorry” can fix it. just imagine being in your 20s and doing some dumb thing that crossed your mind and now you are in jail for the rest of your life and you can do nothing to change it. As a 40 year old man having been through many stupid situation‘s and seemingly taken the best route, all I can tell youngsters is to stop and think about their actions before. Think about how your actions can change your life, always think of the best case scenario but always think of the worst case scenario and plan for the worst case. And simply a lot of times planning for the worst case is to just not do the act. You don’t make it to become an old man by taking and accepting every fight and every challenge, sometimes you have to realize and trust your gut that you may be outgunned or outnumbered and learn to approach a situation with your hands open rather than sword and hand. I’ve been in situations where you lock eyes with someone and they make a gesture that could easily spiral out of control if you meet them with that same energy, you have to think smart on how you make it back to your bed and your family every day. Sometimes that may mean if someone starts shit with you rather than giving them back that same energy you just simply say “nah i was just liking your shades,where did you get those?” And almost instantly you’ll be met with a much better energy then if you were to press their advance.

What people don't understand when it comes to life sentences is, usually a person that gets a life sentence never had anything to live for in the first place which is how they ended up getting the life sentence, so a life sentence to those types of people doesn't mean anything. Whether I suffer behind bars or in the free world, I'm still suffering.

The thing that really sucks is that most chomo’s,rapist and pedo’s don’t get life sentences. They usually get off with short sentences and that’s what needs to change. You are not the same person in your 20’s then you are in your 40’s.
