It was used by the military not the militia. When the war started and once the Army was formed there werent any militias from the Bosnian side on the Bosnian soil. They were all part of the military. We were very serious about this matter.

I wouldn't pay half of the shipping, even if the vest were free. Four extra mags? They have to be kidding. I don't know if you've ever been in a real gunfight, but those mags will be eaten up very quickly. There are more things I would add, but suffice it to say, that vest sucks
