Mostar had also the Soko factory, one of 8 places in the world at the time where fighter jets (and other airplanes as well) were built from scratch to ready to fly. The indoor square meterage made it the largest factory in Yugoslavia with more than 500.000 square meters of indoor space and even it's own airfield for airplane testing. This is today what I think of when thinking of Bosnia & Herzegovina. Greetings from Macedonia.

Just a correction on the number of Bosnian descendent in Turkey, the Turkish National Security Council, a government agency, commissioned a study in 2008 and determined that at least 2,000,000 citizens of Bosniak descent live in Turkey. Vjerojatno je ima više od toga jer je za Turskoj bilo dosta migracije iz regije Bosne i Hercegovine za Turskoj (čak u posljednjih par godina neki Turski profesor/akademija napisao je knjigu o tome) - nakon Berlinskog Sporazum (19. stoljeća), okupacija naše domovine Austro-Ugarsko Carstvo, Prvog i Drugog svjetski rat, i politička klima u regije (1945-1970-ih). Upoznao sam par Turci čiji su djedovi ili pradjed su bili Bosanci ko je su emigrirali za Turskoj, te Turci ne govore naš jezik ili veomo slabo i da su se asimilirali (kao svudze gdje emigranti na kraju asimiliraju) u veću Tursku nacija (ali još uvijek mnogi od njih držu nekoliko naše kulture - na primjer tradicije vjenčanja i Bosanskoj kuhinja).
