This happens in mostly every work your supervisor managers and above think they know everything and do not listen to the staff that has a connection with clients or guests in the hotel only thinking about there pockets or putting there stress on other people don't care about what others are going through in life with cost of living high some people living paycheck to paycheck while others get promotion by kissing other people's backside and undermining people over looking real work progress and when you lose a good amount of staff u can not get that back
