my ranking: 8. Scurvy crew - boring and easy 7. Mango ruby - meh plus extremely annoying on mirror 6. Mugly - good first boss and easy 5. Stu - great design thou easy 4. Pluck - great music, cool design, but slow battle 3. Mole miners - great music, great boss, neat ideas, and lastly best tiki 2. Thugly - just a amazing battle ramp up tension and intimidating design. 1. Tiki tong - hard battle, cool ass design, amazing music the best way to end a amazing game

Interesting to see someone put the chicken as #1. It’s probably my least favorite besides maybe the crabs. I never noticed that Thugly isn't hypnotized, wha a cool detail.

This list was very surprising to me. I would argue that Colonel Pluck is not only the worst boss in this game by a wide margin, but also the worst boss fight in any DKC game. I don't find him fun to fight whatsoever. I think the rest of the list is pretty solid, but I think you're absolutely underrating Miner Mole. His design might be a bit lazy, but the fight itself is anything but.
