How can you switch between A, B and C presets, to avoid “stand by” mode? It’s actually very annoying when you are playing and you have to press button twice for a preset you want to change..
Amazing product , great demo. I just got my Go. One issue.....the Go does not feel like a solid latch into my Strat (style) guitar jack....it pushes back out a couple of mm after pushing into the jack. So to turn on, or adjust the volume, I have to hold it in place with one hand and adjust with the other. I have taken the jack output out of my guitar and squeezed/bent the contact closer but it does not help. Never had this issue with NUX mighty plug or Fender Micro.....so, Go owners, and @Michael from Roland, do I have a bad one, anyone else have this issue where its just not secure in place, and moves with the slightest touch. Any comments gratefully received. Thanks again for the great demo.
Adjust your jack. Remove the two screws, loosen the nut on the output jack, run the internal nut on the jack back a few turns and tighten the external nut. Try your Go again to see if it seats properly. When it does, replace the two screws and you're good to Go.
I've just got mine; had it a week. I had the Fender Mustang Micro and hated it; weak sounding and the user interface was awful. The new Katana is far superior; the app interface makes all the difference as it is so easy to use. It also sounds way, way better than the Mustang.
12 mins in and I'm none the wiser, then tells me the software isn't essential and it just supplements, guys, you can't change any settings without it so it's essential. Not a demo, it's an advert.
Not exactly the case. You want to dial in a tone, of course you need the App. But once you’ve got your tones sorted out, you can navigate, tune up, and pretty much go, 10 x 3 presets, organize it any way you want. If you sort it as clean rhythm lead for 10 songs, you can get away without the app. They’ve done a hell of a job on this versus the many other BTS versions, this is far cleaner and faster.
